PORTLAND, Ore. — Greenfield Foods Co. today announced that its plant-based product line is now available in more than 2,500 grocery stores nationwide, the company’s largest retail expansion since it was founded in 2019.

The line includes ready-to-cook proteins and prepared meals developed to match the taste and texture of conventional products while using simpler ingredient lists.

“Shoppers want plant-based options that taste great and don’t read like a chemistry set,” said Nina Alvarez, founder and chief executive officer of Greenfield Foods.

The company said additional retail partners will be added through the remainder of the year.
